Allens Plumbing started as a one–man operation on Maui in 1982. In those nearly 30 years, the company has grown to be the best–known and best–respected plumbing service provider on the island. And we have expanded our operations to include Oahu and the Big Island as well.

Meet Our Staff

	Steve Allen (Owner, Journeyman Plumber, RME) – As a second-generation plumber, Steve has plumbing in his blood.  He started working at his family’s company in Silmar, California before coming to Maui in 1981.  A year later he founded Allen’s Plumbing, instilling it with his personal ethos of hard work, professionalism, and value.  “It’s been a great ride,” he says, “to watch this small company grow and grow.  But even though we’re so much bigger now, we try to do everything the way we did at the beginning.  The customer is most important.  We strive to do everything to the highest standards.”
	Ken Davis (Field Manager, Journeyman Plumber, RME) – Born and raised in Wahiawa, Oahu, Ken has made plumbing a life-long career that he pursues with vigor and passion. Just out of high school (Leilehua), Ken began work as a drain cleaner. After learning a lot of plumbing over the years from the school of hard knocks, Ken joined Allens Plumbing in 2001. He soon realized that Allens Plumbing possessed a culture that could let him grow in his chosen profession. Ken’s ability to understand the demanding technical aspects of the trade as well as his invaluable ability to work with people made him an obvious choice to become the Field Manager of a very talented group of plumbers in 2006.
	Kanealii Coyle “Kane” (Operations Manager) – After getting his BA in Business Management from UH at Manoa, Kane returned home to Maui to work.  He joined Allens Plumbing to help Steve grow the business.  With no plumbing experience but a zest for taking on challenges, Kane engulfed himself in understanding the plumbing service industry. Kane has enjoyed working closely with Steve and the other service technicians in the field over the last 12 years, continuing to watch the business thrive.
